Case structure (what is documented)

  • Baseline: volume, response time, and manual workload before go-live.
  • Workflow: tasks handled by Styrico and steps requiring approval.
  • Outcome: change in response time, handled-inquiry share, and follow-up speed.

Example: email qualification

Goal: reduce back-and-forth email and prepare jobs for pricing. Metric: average time from first inquiry to fully qualified lead.

Example: partner PDF to order draft

Goal: reduce manual entry for incoming PDF orders. Metric: time from received PDF to structured order-ready data.

Example: invoice follow-up

Goal: reduce days-to-payment with consistent reminders. Metric: trend in payment days and share of invoices with automated follow-up.
