What is included

- Monthly review of response time, completed flows, and bottlenecks.
- Clear agreement on responsibilities, approvals, and data handling.
Commercial terms
- No hourly billing for standard onboarding and support.
- Monthly subscription and one-month cancellation notice.
- Free first month after agreed scope.
